    Nope...

    Unless the cell phone is plugged into a recharger at the time, which is in turn plugged into the wall...then ZZZZZAAAAAP!

    Otherwise, unless the cell phone is waterproof, have another on hand when it gets ruined.

    Girl just died using her cell phone in a bathtub so I guess you can become electrocuted in a bath tub

    At our science class in HS we tried different things to see what items caused electrocution and yes cell phones do...be careful!!!

    Only to a limited extend, due to the small power output of the cellphone. You will get a HUGE electrocution if your phone happens to be the one of the newer ones that come with a toaster built in.....Woo!....

    If it is in plugged to the charger, yes. Otherwise, is just the cell phone that bites it.

    Even if it was plugged into a charger you would be safe because the transfomer on the plug isolates you from the mains and also drops the voltage

    only if it is pluged in using the supplied wall charger aka 110vac
