www.intelius.com is a good site. You do have to pay, but you can get a 24 hr pass and look up as many people that you want as many times. I have used this and it works well. I have also located friends on classmates.com and reunion.com by searching the highschool that they went to. Good Luck!

yellowpages.com has a section where you can find people by giving names and/or other details (go to white pages, the Find a person).
You can also look for her in Canada: www.411.ca.

peoplefinder.com. You may have to pay money, but you can find people, their addresses and phone numbers.

go to whitepages.com....try there....try peoplesearch.com. too....I found several old friends that way....good luck!
