My husband gets those letters in the mail all the time, saying he has won a price or is close to win, and every time I tell him it's a scam, but he insists in replying. So, he asked me to post this question to find out if anyone has ever won.

My son is "graduating" to Kindergarten, he has been in preschool for 2 years and has 2 teachers who have been doing a great job (my son is quite difficult to manage), and also my daughter is a current student and will be with them next year.

I'd like to give a present to each, maybe a Gift Cards, but I don't know how much money would be reasonable to put in them.

In Alberta, Canada, a child is taken to the hospital for some tests and the doctors find a health condition that requires the child to stay at the hospital for a couple of days.

The parents do not agree with the decision (one of them has some issues about hospitals) so they refuse to sign the consent form for treatment, anyway one of them agrees to stay at the hospital with the child while he receives the treatment needed during a 2 days stay (without signing anything).

What could the legal consequences (for the parents and child) of these actions be? Can it be a problem if the child needs medical attention in the future?

Tomorrow I am having my first ultrasound for this baby, and I know that I needed to keep my bladder full on the early months for my previous 2 pregnancies, but I don't remember if I have to do the same for the week 18, and I forgot to ask :(

They sale phones, groceries, offer jobs, say you won a cruise vacation... and the worst part is that it's a recording so if you want to talk to someone to tell them to stop you have to first press 1, then #, even wait for them to get the call!!!!!!!.. as if you didn't have anything to do but answer the phone!

Once I told one that I wanted to be taken off their list, and 3 months later they started again!

Is there a way to stop this, definitively? Is that legal in Canada?

The playground is right out of the playschool exit.

The parking lot is far from the entrance, so I can't take one to the car and then go for the other one.

We are not planning to move them to another school.

The playschool is for them to learn to socialize and share, so taking them out is not an option.

Yes, I have tried to make them understand we will go back the day after, but doesn't work!

We have been married for a couple of years, but recently her daugther "decided" to move back in (she used to live with her mom here before we got married) because our place is closer to the U where she studies than the place she used to live in. The girl is very polite and nice, but a little messy and noisy. We have told her about it, but it seems she forgets everything the next day so we have to tell her again. The biggest problem, that my wife doesn't seem to see, is how this has affected our intimacy. Also, my wife is allowing her to use the family car. I am not happy at all with any of this, and I don't want to create any situation that spoil our interpersonal relationships, since everything else is working nicely.

I just want her to move out! Help!
