I would say while wouldn't you however was he armed at the time he was shot ? that is the question if not the cops should be charged with murder and the problem with IA is that they are cops we should not let cops investigate cops

I bet there is more to the story than what you gave so without all the details any answer given by anyone not there would be based on bias there for not objective. I read the post and it sounds like the cops took out a really nice member of society. The guy had previously shattered some ones jaw and if the security film aren't wrong he also robbed someone at gun point. The guy appears to be a violent criminal and it sounds as if his wonderful contributions to the world caught up with him. Kids crime doesn't pay.

He was alleged to be one of two who robbed a couple of guys who bought PS3's and his partner in crime had posted photos of himself armed on the web. I wasn't there, I doubt you were either.
