I would say while wouldn't you however was he armed at the time he was shot ? that is the question if not the cops should be charged with murder and the problem with IA is that they are cops we should not let cops investigate cops

I bet there is more to the story than what you gave so without all the details any answer given by anyone not there would be based on bias there for not objective. I read the post and it sounds like the cops took out a really nice member of society. The guy had previously shattered some ones jaw and if the security film aren't wrong he also robbed someone at gun point. The guy appears to be a violent criminal and it sounds as if his wonderful contributions to the world caught up with him. Kids crime doesn't pay.

The story you are speaking of is linked. To save readers time, post a link to what you are referring to please. He was alleged to be one of two who robbed a couple of guys who bought PS3's and his partner in crime had posted photos of himself armed on the web. I wasn't there, I doubt you were either. Let the police do their job and if there is an indication of any wrong doing, IA will handle it. It's why we pay them.

"The court papers showed that after the shooting officers took from the house four marijuana water pipes, and several bullet fragments and shell casings among other items."

    THAT...does not bode well...

Maybe if he hadn't broken the law and such, the cops never would have been at his house in the first place.

Feel free to keep supporting criminals. Just don't dial 911 when they mug ya, okay?

he wasn't being arrested. that is the only time anyone's rights are going to be recited.

The boy probably chose silence... So that is what they gave him. BANG BANG cowboys and indians.

  • 1 decade ago

They probably didn't and they probably stated that he was an immient threat to justify their actions.
