temps for rare/med rare/med/med well /well?

    110-115 rare 115-120med rare 120-125med 125-130md well 135+ well those are the True standards, personal opinion may vary.

    and those are for RED meats poultry should be done to mn 160 and pork to 135

    This is what is instructed on the back of my Taylor Meat Thermometer:

    RARE = 140F

    MEDIUM RARE = 145F

    MEDIUM = 155/160F

    MEDIUM WELL = 160/165F

    WELL DONE = 170F

    350 degrees for the oven. And just keep checking and cutting them to see how much pink is on them
