I haven't, but make sure you take a vitamin A&D with a Calcium pill everyday and get plenty of sunlight! At least a half hour everyday...

It's not anxiety. Couple of suggestions: 1. Bloated stomach and nausea can be from Gerd. The reason you feel you need to vomit in the morning is because your stomach acid is coming back up into your throat. (stop chewing mint gum). Mint, chocolate, tomato sauce and caffiene make GERD worse. 2. It could also be chronic gastritis (inflamtion of the lining of the stomach. Get tested for the Helicobacter pylori bacteria. 3. A food intolerance that is causing a sour stomach, fatigue and bloating problems. Make a food diary of what you ate on the day you vomit or have fatigue. You may see a pattern of the types of food. I agree with the person above me that it could be the gluten (wheat, grains, etc.) I have similar symptoms as yours and am beginning to think its wheat or yeast even though I have eaten bread for years. Stress can make any stomach condition worse, but its not the cause. I hope you feel better.
