Need food ideas for Kindergarten Christmas Party?
We're planning a holiday party for my son's class of 23 and I need some simple ideas on what to serve them. I don't want to load them up on just cookies and chips. I would like some easy finger foods that the kids would love. Thanks!!

Always go easy and busy.
Cut out bread into shapes. (snowmen, trees, ornaments)
Cut veggies (carrots, red peppers, green peppers, cellery, etc into shapes. small circles, strips, moons etc.) and let the children creat their own pictures or designs on the bread that has cream cheese spread on it. (Pearnut butter works too but is banned in most schools due to allergies)
Then the children can eat their creations.

How about candy Sushi??
Well you could make some rice crispy treats then get some fruit roll ups lay them out flat then put some rice crispy treat stuff in the middle then put one half of a twissler in the middle and then roll it up.. Let the Rice crispy treat stuff cool and then cut into pieces (if you want) to make it look like sushi.
And buy red and green fruit roll ups..
and of course some celery with peanut butter..

Ants on a Log (celery sticks filled w/ peanut butter and topped w/ raisins)
Fruit Skewers (2-3 chunks of fruit on a toothpick)
You coudl have them decorate their own cookie... have plain sugar cookies brought in, and let the kids spread icing and put sprinkles o it... they can either bring it home or eat it then.

kids are picky eaters...but here are a few fun things that are quick and easy that they might like:
4 flour tortillas (10 inch)
1 egg white
3/4 cup POST Fruity or Cocoa PEBBLES Cereal
1 container (6 oz.) strawberry low-fat yogurt
1/4 cup chopped strawberries
PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Place tortillas in single layer on large baking sheet; brush evenly with egg white. Sprinkle each with 3 Tbsp. of the cereal.
BAKE 10 min. Cool. Cut each tortilla into 12 pieces.
COMBINE yogurt and strawberries in serving bowl. Serve as a dip with the tortilla chips.
or
2 cups fat free milk
1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
2 bananas
2 cups small strawberries
2 cups seedless grapes
1-1/2 cups pretzel sticks
ADD milk and dry pudding mix to 3-cup water bottle with tight-fitting lid. Screw on lid. Shake vigorously 2 min. Let stand 5 min. Pour pudding mixture into serving bowl.
PEEL bananas; cut into 1-inch slices. Place fruit on serving plate.
SKEWER fruit with pretzel sticks. Serve as dippers with pudding dip.
or

Make mini sandwiches with turkey dip. It's tasty and very Christmas. Girls can dress up as elves, and of you do a little contest, who did better. Look for a trusted person to be decide.

Celery with peanut butter. (You can put rasins on top too.)
Ham with cream cheese logs. (These things are SOOO good) Just spread cream cheese on a deli ham slice, then roll and cut into little finger sizes
Tunafish cracker sandwhiches
Any little finger sandwhiches. Little kids like baloney and cheese. Just cut them small. Like a regular sanwhich cut into quarters.
Little baby corns. They sell them in the asian food isle at grocery stores. The kids would love them. Just stick a toothpick in them.
Little baby carrots too.
