After replacing wiring are you getting spark?
Did you mix up the wiring?
Check the timing belt?
Are you getting fuel?
Turning over just means your electrical starter motor is turning the crank shaft, could be a variety of things.
If you answer my questions I'd be more that willing to help you diagnose it as best as possible.

when you turn the key in the on position do you hear a light humming sound. you might want to check and see if your fuel pump is clogged. (it would be located underneath the back seats) and check the fuel filter to see if thats dirty. if that ddoesnt solve your problem take a look at your coil in the distributor cap a line might have came loose

if its truning over ck to see if your getteing fire take plug wire off the dist. hold it with a pair of pliers close to dist. have some1 turn it over you should see a spark. if you do ck. for fuel pressure. if you dont try pulling timing cover loose enough to see the belt have some1 turn it over if it does not trun you broke timing belt big money it does bend the vavles. if it does ck. for power and ground to the dist. or if it sounds like its turning really fast when turning over go straight to cking timing belt this car has 2 problems either dist. went bad or you didn't change timing belt and it broke.

could be the electronic ignition, or the timing.
Get it to the mechanic, it could be costly.
