how do i get rid of pimples on my back?

Don't pop or squeeze them, it will scar and could lead to infection. You said you've tried almost every body wash and soap. I like Neutrogena's Body Clear, just in case you haven't tried it. I use it with a back brush. You might also try plain old rubbing alcohol before you go to bed. You don't even need anyone to help. Just stand in the shower and poor a bit down your back. It's cheap too and will help dry out that skin and kill the bacteria.

I don't think there is really any way to get rid of them. You could try seeing a dermatologist and getting a prescription, but even those don't work sometimes. Just don't squeeze them or scratch them 'cause that will make them scar. Most people have at least a few pimples on their backs, so it's not really a big deal.

1. Try using a Milky Bodywash instead of the Gels and bar soaps. Continue using the loofah/brush to exfoliate your back.

2. Visit an esthetician and have them analyze your skin. You may benefit from a deep pore, or some other type of facial.

Okay, try to soak in some hot bath water with some olive oil or baby oil in your water. Foam up with dial antibacterial liquid soap.

Then when u rinse off, use hot and then cold water. Your pimples should be history after one bath like this.

U may want to use aloe vera gel on the body afterwards.

Get a girlfriend or a wife, either will pop those pesky back pimples for you.

i try to get my wife to squeeze them but she's grossed out by it and refuses to do it.
