Help!!! Does anyone remember when baby shoes all had laces?
Ten years ago, I had these little things that clipped onto my kids' shoe laces to keep them from untieing them. Now I have an 18 month old that gets her shoes off faster than I can get them back on!!! Has anyone seen these recently? I have searched every shopping link I can think of, even specialty shoe stores, and have come up empty. Any help at all would be much appreciated as I don't really enjoy my new career of re-shoeing my toddler!!! LOL Thank you!
I've tried ebay, amazon, shopping.com, shopzilla, and a bunch of other links I hadn't heard of before. I have a "want it now" post on ebay and one responder said she had some called "ProKnot Junior" when her kids were small. I did a search on the name, but that didn't come up with anything related to baby shoes. I'm out of ideas!
LOL Dav! There are days I've actually considered keeping a roll of Duct tape in the car!! Seems more humane than a staple gun! LOL

I used to love those! I had some that looked like Ninja Turtles. : (
But I've looked all over for you, and I can't find them anywhere.
But here's a list of some other options. There's elastic shoelaces, locking things that you put on there instead of tying it, crimpers that you push down tight (and I don't think your daughter would be able to undo it ... it requires very fine motor skills).

Squeezumzs, the last item on the list, are the ones I'm talking about that your daughter might not be able to undo herself.
Check out all of those. Good luck!

you can try double knotting them and pushing the loops into the sides of her shoes--both of our children did this for a LONG time. I know that they make shoe lace decorations, but I'm not sure about what you are talking about--I know something that worked with our daughter was we would but her little DORA hair clippies on her shoes to hold her laces and she couldn't get the clippie undone. That's an idea for you. Otherwise there are some soccer shoe lace holders that are like and elastic piece that just wraps around the shoe. GOOD LUCK! =)

Try duct tape, the solution to most problems. Now in decorative colors at the Walmart. ;-)

just double knot them. tie the loops in a cris Cross and pull. when you have to undo them pinch the middle and it will open up into a normal tie
