I need to lose weight in 3 weeks?
Im going on vacation on the 5 of Jan. And i need to lose weight fast, i know its sounds stupid but i dont care if i pick it up in one week after the vacation, i just need to lose it for that time. So any ideas. and how much do you think would i b able 2 lose that that amount of time?
i will also excersise 4 an hour everyday

Question: What does 4 hours of excercise everyday do to/for you?
Simple things that you can follow to effectively lose weight:
1) Control your food - Reduce any amount of sweetened drinks and carbo in your daily food intake. Change your eating pattern.
2) Excercise - Spend some time to know your BMI/BMR. From there you are able to tone your excercise accordingly and you wont over stress your body at the end of the day.
3) Plan before your start step 1 & 2 above.
From my own experience, i have lost 2 - 3 kg's per week just by doing the above steps and at the same time build up my muscle tone and my stamina levels.

Many patients ask me how they can slim down. I am against prescription pills because I prescribed them many years ago, and some of my patients became very ill.
I now recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I now recommend Hoodia (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard".
The Hoodia being sold at http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php is in my opinion, the best product on the market. It's pure, no side effects, and it's only $4.97 for 2 weeks (yes, less than $5 !). My patients have seen dramatic results with this particular Hoodia.

It really depends on how overweight you currently are. Very overwight people tend to lose what sounds like a lot of weight very quickly, however they hold a much larger proportion of liquids and undigested food etc. If you are only 10-20 punds over your optimal weight, you do not have much flexibility. Once you get over your initial loss, you shoul be able to lose at most 1-2 pounds a week of actual fat. You will probably lose a few pounds more initially and if you keep well hydrated and eat small meals with high fiber etc. I would estimate it should be possible to lose as much as 8-12 pounds of "weight."
