Microsoft 2003 Outlook help??
I am moving to a different state here in about a month and I won't be using the same computer. How will I be able to check my outlook email from a different computer? Also, I forgot my password, how do I retrieve that or change it? Thanks

Most of the time you can use a web-based mail client, but usually you need to remember the password.
You account settings in Outlook 2003 are located in a folder on your computer. You can find which folder by going into Outlook and following these steps...
Click on File --> Data File Management
Click on the Data file that comes closest to what you are looking for....
Click on Open Folder....
It should take you to your Outlook data files....
Copy this entire folder to a disk or other removable media....
Make sure that you write down where this information goes...as you will need to put it in EXACTLY the same place on the other computer.
Once you get to your destination....Copy the information to the correct folder....
Open Outlook 2003
It should be like you never left home.
****NOTE**** some of your messages may not appear if your Outlook is set to remove the e-mail from the server once it has downloaded to your computer.
