How can I take care of my cat's mess?
She just took a major **** on the carpet. It's not a simple turd which is easy to clean up, it's a puddle of diahreah. The real runny kind. The puddle is 6.35 cm in diameter. It has a sort of dome shape and reaches a hight of 2.30 cm. This is a rather unusual cat dropping. How can I clean it up without making the mess even bigger. This isn't the first time she's crapped on the floor, however, it is the first time she's done the runs on the floor. It smell horrible. My sister (it's her cat) told me to clean it up, then she left to go to a girlscout meeting. Naturally when she does that to me, I leave it for her to clean up. But, it's right next to the T.V. and I want to watch That 70's Show so I can't wait long. It stinks so bad I can barely enter the room.

In the time it took you to measure the poop, get on line and type your question on Yahoo, you could have cleaned up the poop. Just get a handful of paper towels, suck it up and get the poop up. Then when you have gotten most of it up and there is just a stain left on the carpet, spray it with Odo Ban or any type of smell neutralizer on it. Don't wait for your sister to come back to clean it up. The poop will soak into the carpet and it will be even a bigger mess.

well in the time it took you to measure it you could have cleaned it up. get some carpet cleaner one that has a scrubber brush on the top and some natures miracle spray. clean it up with paper towels and then use the carpet cleaner and clean it up and then spray natures miracle and leave it and then spray some air freshener in the room.

You can take care of the cat's mess by telling your sister to find her a good home. It sounds to me that both of you are not concerned about her condition..
Since you have time to describe and measure her stool, and don't seem to care about the stain, you should wait for your sister to come home. Just tell her to ask the question as how to remove her cat's POOP on Yahoo Answers.

Get any carpet cleaner or like 409 and you can dab it then lightly rub. If the poo is hard then you can try to scrape it up. The same thing happend to me and my kitten but she did it all the way down the stairs!

My biggest worry is that you got close enough and took the time, to measure the pile so precisely. ;)
You're gonna have to scrape it up with something and then just clean the rug with a commercial rug cleaner (whether a machine, or a spray and elbow grease...)
Ain't much else you can do with The Runny D...
My secondary advice would be to quit going at cat poop with your slide rule, Dexter!!! ;)

cover it with a paper towel to eliminate some of the smell, wait for it to dry then clean it up..... or plug ur nose and grab a wad of paper towels clean it up and spray some air freshner on the carpet.... tell ur sis to invest in some odo ban works well on animal odors!!

The first thing to do is get paper towels and clean it with COLD water. My guess is it's going to leave a stain.The best carpet cleaner in my opinion is Nature's Miracle.
