If your license is suspended it is in a national computer database. You will have to work things out with Illinois before getting an Indiana license.

Yes it does. You can't get a license unless you are a resident of the state. Suggestions? Sure. Pay the parking tickets and get your license back, then get a license in the state where you now live. If you can't do that, STOP DRIVING.

Every province in Canada, every state in the US, Switzerland, Germany Great Britain, and North Korea. However, you could move to Mozambique, or Pakistan and have no trouble getting a licence.

In maximum places you're license isn't suspended except you signed for the fee ticket. in case you probably did sign for it then your court docket date became suitable there on the fee ticket. That became your notification and your summons all rolled up into one.

Of course. If you have a valid driver's license, it's accepted by other states. If you do not have a valid driver's license, you have nothing to be accepted.
