How to I change the background picture for my Welcome screen?
I have Windows XP Media Addition and I found a really nice "Christmas" picture to use for the Welcome page. (Where you log on when you have different users...) How do I use it?!?!? (The picture looks just like the regular welcome page, just with snow, etc.)

There are several programs who allow you to change the welcome screen like WindowBlinds or Tuneup Utilities.

Be careful though, one mistake and you have to reinstall Windows.
