I am female, 5' 1" and 131 lbs. I have had 4 children by c-section. My current measurements are: 38, 29, 38 and the largest part of my thigh on each leg is 23". I have been exercising regularly and watching what I eat (low carb) however, I am not noticing any more significant change. I may have "plateaued" so to speak, or I'm not pushing myself hard enough. At my height, I am really concerned about doing the "wrong" things and bulking up instead of slimming down (especially my legs!). If you could please give any suggestions for an over-all workout routine that would help me tone up. I have a gym close by, but am looking to maybe try to just run/jog and do exercises at home (I could do a workout every day if needed... I'm desperate!) The best plan gets the points! Thanks!

I have Windows XP Media Addition and I found a really nice "Christmas" picture to use for the Welcome page. (Where you log on when you have different users...) How do I use it?!?!? (The picture looks just like the regular welcome page, just with snow, etc.)

My computer is less than 6 months old. They were working fine, and one day - nothing... I have tried system restore and even hard drive restore... still not working.
