How do I get pigment ink out of fabric?

I somehow got black pigment ink on my favorite pair of jeans. I've used Shout, Spray n Wash, Tide... all without any luck. Does anyone know how to get this stain out??

Gonzo stain remover worked for me for blue ball point ink on jeans. I'll give you a link...it takes a bit of work, but it does come out. You can probably find it in your grocery store, or even your home goods store.
