ok, I've kinda broken down this sentence into something that can be easily understood since it forms a few complications for people who may speak english as a second language. This is my english breakdown.

summary reports in the categories of extensive personal, aggregate, and administrative can be produced with pretty much unlimited selection criteria.

I have taken my text, and translated it into "simple chinese" instead of traditional. I have used bablefish to do this translation.

    综合报告在类别广泛个人, 聚集, 和行政可能导致以几乎无限的选择标准。

hope this has helped you! Best of luck! =P

    peace and love,

Complete, detailed personal summaries can be created in a professional manner, with an unlimited selection from which you can make a wise choice.

In other words.. He can give them a complete personal histories , so they can figure out who will be best suited for the job ( or whatever)

    * Im very educated in the English language. Your boss is trying to inflate his intelligence & importance. Language is of no use, if its not understandable. This sentence is a great example.

It way this to me as a local English speaker: There were a few past due alterations to the convention programme. Delegates who arrived early can have been finding that.
