Who is wrong in this relationship case?

ok i was in a long distance realtionship, this girl calls me and says hi and all that good stuff, we talk for like 30 mins and she says i will call you back. I Said " Sure you will" in a joking manner, she says " I will" then tells me i love and i said it back.

Later i get a text message from her saying " hey baby sorry icant call you were right... i dont ever call you back.. but you have my number why dont you ever call me."

I repley in a text saying "listen i dont have free night time mins or free long distance on my home, so im sorry." and i also said if that to much maybe it wasnt ment to be.

I then get 8 more text message saying it all my falt, she just in the way. trying to make it sound like it was my fault we are have these promblems.

ok before you give me ure thoughts let me remind you i never talked bad to or about her, always respected her descissons, because she had allot of " bad " relationships.

What do you think was i the reason or she.
