What is my relationship to the baby?

I just found out that my nephew and his girlfriend have a baby. We are all happy for them, but this question came up:

If my nephew (my bother's son) has a daughter, what is my technical relationship to this baby girl?

    You would be considered the Great-Aunt!!! Because, you are the nephew's aunt...if you were cousins, you would be considered a cousin!! Congradulations!!!!

    Since you are aunt/uncle to your nephew, you will be great-aunt/uncle to their kids.
