Why are middle easterns so pushy?

Maybe it's a perception issue. Because of the stereotype, you really notice it when a middle easterner is acting "pushy," as you say. If a white man were doing the exact same things, you'd simply think "what an asshole" and forget about it. Don't ascribe actions to an entire race in one instance, and to an individual bad apple in the other.

Unless you're taking detailed notes and making a scientific study of it, I'd say your results are biased. I'd even venture the guess that people are assholes at about the same rate across cultures.

All of us can be pushy, arrogant, and inconsiderate at times. And most of us are not older Middle Eastern people.

You can't make generalizations about a whole group of people. If that were true then all Mexicans earn $6.50 an hour, all African Americans are robbers, and all Irish people are drunks. You need to meet new people and discover that all people are not the same, this is something you should already be aware of.
