Can You Lose Your Blessings If....?

Tricky question, but a good one. It has two sources. The easy one is Matthew 10:13-15 (New International Version)

The tricky part is with the Jews according to Paul. They rec'd God's blessing. They were to share it with the Gentiles who refused it. At that point, the Jews in a sense did lose their blessing, but it was beccause of their turning away from God, not because of the failed blessing. The juxtaposition is such that it looks suspicious.

I assure you that you do not lose your blessing if another demures. Let us take a simple thing like money - far, far less than a blessing of peace. You find 10$ and try to bless a friend w/ 4. Your friend turns you down for whatever reason. You do not lose your $10.

This is so not true. Why make God be this uncaring person. He's a gentleman, and He sees your heart and the intent of it. That's what God goes by. He doesn't care about what comes out of the mouth, but what comes out of the heart. So when you purposed in your heart to do good, that's the good He sees. Regardless if there's a transaction or not. You can't return God's blessing because the other party didn't take it. God wants to bless you soooo much. So keep doing those things, and if you get so involved with being the blessing, honey you'll never stop receiving the blessings.

No God does not take back blessings. If you bless someone and they refuse the blessing , the blessing will fall back on you and you will receive the blessing is all that happens. The same with a curse.

The blessing of Jehovah God on a person or a people is contingent upon obedience to him. (Ex 23:25) The sharp contrasts drawn at Deuteronomy chapters 27 and 28 clearly show that Jehovah’s curse, resulting in severe punishment, is upon the disobedient ones, whereas his blessing rests upon the obedient ones, producing spiritual prosperity and filling their material needs, making itself evident in their homes, their land, their offspring, their animals, their food supply, their traveling, their every deed. “Blessings are for the head of the righteous one.” (Pr 10:6, 7) When Jehovah’s people are faithfully obedient, he is pleased to ‘open the floodgates of the heavens and actually empty out a blessing until there is no more want.’—Mal 3:10.

That's because it's not in scripture. However, what is in scripture is the verse, "the blessings and giftings of God are irrevocable." So, no, God does not take back blessings.

God is a loving god. He loves for you to help others but he doesn't take away what he gives. Look at Jesus, he blessed us and in return he was crucified but by that happening, it made it possible to have eternal life if you accept him. Sometimes it seems like he takes away things but he is doing it for your own good. He loves you.

I may be wrong, your question is like "once saved, always saved" Apostle Paul gives us the answer to this below.

Time and again Paul likens the Christian’s course to a “race” that must be run to the finish. “Let us run with patience the race that is set before us,” he urged the Hebrews. (12:1, AV) To enter the race, sinners must take the steps necessary for salvation: hearing and accepting the Word of God, believing in Jesus Christ and his ransom sacrifice, repenting of their sins and being baptized. In this way, they get saved “from this crooked generation,” as Peter exhorted those gathered at Pentecost. Unbelievers are outside the race, having failed to enter by getting “saved.”Acts 2:37-40.

Once entered in the race by being “saved,” a Christian takes “hold of the life which is life indeed.” But is it possible to lose that grip on life? Paul answers with this question: “Do you not know that in a race all the runners compete, but only one receives the prize?” In the Christian race, Paul indicates the “one” who receives the prize is anyone who finishes the race. Therefore, Paul urges, “So run that you may obtain it.” Then, using himself as an example to make the point of his illustration, he continues: “I pommel my body and subdue it, lest after preaching to others I myself should be disqualified.” 1 Tim. 6:19.

Evidently the apostle, who surely was a “saved” Christian, believed that even he could be “disqualified” from the race. Yet as long as he continued to ‘run that he might obtain’ the prize, thus remaining in the race, salvation was assured. This is why Christians who remain in the race can be said to ‘have everlasting life.’ But if they should ever quit the race, they are “disqualified,” losing their hold on everlasting life.

NO. First of all, there is not ONE true way on How God blesses people... He can bless whoever He wants and when He wants to.
