Does he get any computing magazines? If not, and if you think he may like that, get him a subscription. If you don't know what these magazines are, phone a local computer store and ask them about it. I'm sure they'd know.

Otherwise, I'd suggest going to a mall -- if you have one anywhere near -- and hunting for a dragon-themed something. A kitschy shop may have some nice figurines or a picture or poster to hang on the wall. I'm guessing with Eragon out right now, dragon stuff will be easy to find. Put the poster or picture on the wall near the computer. Or, find a laptop case with a tasteful dragon on it. Hope that helps.

If he is really into computer stuff, perhaps a gift card from a computer store. Then he can choose something he really wants or needs. My hubby is hoping (nope, ain't gonna happen) for an external hard drive. I wouldn't have the knowledge to pick one out, so we may go shopping after Christmas.

How about getting away from the obvious. What about a mini over night getaway with you. Make hotel & dinner reservations somewhere nice. Get a certificate for a couples massage at a Therapy and Wellness spa. If massage doesn't do it for you, how about a couples pedicure and manicure. As long as you are sharing the experience simultaneously.

Buy him something comfortable to lounge when you are back at the hotel. Included in your purchase should be something for yourself that you know he will like, not that a day of pampering won't do it.

Most of the time women are on the receiving end of a gift like this. It usually takes the men by total surprise they receive something like this.

If you buy computer stuff it may not be what he wants for one reason or another even though like me you just don't know. To find something nice with a dragon may be easier. Just take him out somewhere special for diner and have fun. Put a card under the tree for an I owe you a special diner. Then you will not get him something that he does not want and something that will set around and collect dust. Most of us get what we want already so we do not really want or need anything. Unless you just see some nifty little crystal/glass dragon that really catches your eye.

Get him a computer fan, it attaches to the bottom of your laptop computer and keeps it from overheating while it's in your lap! Since he likes dragons I reccomend Movie tickets to "Eragon", and a Hardback Copy of The Book "Eragon" By Christopher Paolini. Eragon is a really good book about dragons. I hear the movie is great too, I'm going to see it this weekend!

check out spencer's, they have alot of dragon items that are good for collecting. I know they have this chess set with dragons, it looks pretty cool.

I would recommend getting him something personal. Get something that will mean something to him, afterall he is your husband. Ask him what 3 things he wants, then pick 1 of the 3, then its sort of like a surprise. If all else fails take him to Best Buy and let him choose his gift.

Is there a book on Bill Gates out? or one of those big picture books about dragons? If you find one you could even cut out some nice illustrations/drawings/paintings and frame them for the wall next to his computer.

-a CD with songs from his favorite band

-if he likes the outdoors, go on a hike somewhere ((this may be expensive depending on where you live at))

-try getting him a nice gift but before you give it to him, give him a 'gag' gift, if he has a good sense of humor, like have a bag with a pen from a bank or something and tea in it lol, then after he's opened it and all give him the real gift, **Be aware only do this if he has a good sense of humor***
