Is there any way to maximize my growth?

It's very hard to find pants and stuff that fit me because I am very short. Is there any special way to help me grow taller?

Update:

I still have a year or two of growing left, I think.

To maximize your growth? What age are you at at the moment? Maybe you have not experience puberty or growth spurt? If yes, then it maybe too late, if no, milk, cheese, and Calcium containing products helps bone development better, and protein containing product helps build muscle. Also, concentrate on exercises like gymnastics, yoga, etc, which makes you stretch more. I mean, let's be optimistic right? Growth occurs till late adolescent, age 18,19,20, 21, so where there's a chance to maximize it, why not try your best?

There is not much we can do to grow taller after puberty. There are many products in the market today that claim to increase height of adults, but they are all scams without sufficient scientific evidence. Surgical options, though available, are EXTREMELY RISKY and of course expensive. This leaves us with basically two options.

1.Stretching Exercises: - These exercises will help you improve your posture. You’ll be surprised that how much of “Height” is hidden behind your slouched back. You can, at any age, add an inch or two of height by simply improving your posture.

2.Second, you can create a “Taller” effect by following some smart fashion techniques. You can easily add another inch or two of “illusionary inches” by improving your dressing coordination. You can get more information on specific exercises and fashion ideas by following the link below:

Not really. Your height is almost entirely genetic.

You'll hear stories about drinking milk, etc....but from my experience it's genetic.

Just don't do anything to stunt your growth...such as not eating enough, working out too much, not getting proper nutrition.
