Hot water comes on when programmer is switched off and when central heating is called for..?

Camry 5 external combi oil boiler and Drayton sm2 programmer and all new pipe work fitted in September 2006. I have just noticed that the water is heating up when central heating is called for even though the hot water is switched off at the programmer. Everthing was fine before. The hot water was set for morning and evening and not a problem. Central heating is set to allday and controlled by the thermostat, no problems here. Could it be problem with programmer or a problem in the external boiler.

Your help in this small problem will be welcome, it is not a great problem at the moment just using extra fuel but better to get fixed.....lochs16

Klamidia is nearest. no matter if that is a difficulty that has basically basically began, the most probably reason should be the three way valve. If a plumber has replaced the pump, you've actual paid for unnecessary artwork. If both section is operating the pump won't be able to be defective. would have a tendency to get a clean 3 port valve. that is a chance to easily purchase the top, yet, depending which make that is, i.e. Honeywell, some use a rubber ball to divert the water and this would each from time to time stick, so it may pay to modify the finished element o be on the secure area.
