Blood Condition?

Does anyone know the name of a blood condition that would cause cyst and lumps to appear on your skin? Like the size of a quarter.

Update:

This is my brother i'm talking about. He has seen a doctor but can't remember the name of the condition.

    In my search I could not find a blood condition that had a symptom of cysts or lumps.

    You might want to go see your doctor to determine the real reason cysts or lumps may be appearing, it might not be a blood condition then again it might be; only a medical doctor or a medical professional would be able to give you a precise response.
