Where would you start and how many countries could you visit 2 c in the New Year?
If you hired a plane and travelled all over the world, just landing the plane to see in the New Year and then jet off to another country, where would you have to start and how many countries could you visit?

One of the best places to be would be Europe. Distances are not too great, there are lots of airports and quite a few countries. How many? Europe has 48 countries, so you might not be able to get to all of them in 24 hours.
Or do you mean how many countries could you visit so that you welcomed in the New Year every hour? That is a different question because you would need to change time zones every hour. Just thinking about North America's time zones, it is rather difficult to do that. You could probably welcome in the New Year in a few places for sure, but I suspect not many.
