    1) Firstly, you simply need to take in nutrients that help build skin.

Take both Omega-3 and Omega-6 pills to improve skin health and elasticity, make sure you get as much Omega-3 as Omega-6 (it's very easy to get more of the latter and get a misbalanced composition). It's much better to take these directly into your body this way than, say, buy Omega-6 rich skin care cream.

    2) Next it should prove useful to get some toned muscle to fill up the gaps between your skin. Do weight training every other day and make sure to eat plenty of fruits (for healthy carbs) and lots of grilled fish/chicken or eggs for protien...you need those dietary elements because those are what the body uses and brings together to create muscle: working out without proper amounts of those nutrients can easily cut your muscle gain in half.

The only method that I know of that is safe and non-surgical is to use things like lemon juice. The acid in the citrus makes the skin tighten, but you should probably consult a doctor before you try it. The doc should be able to give you some useful methods of applying this method.

A couple of questions for you:

Did you loose the weight rapidly---say in a period of 1 or 2 months?

Did you do toning excercises while you were loosing the weight?

    How are your eating habits?

If you loose weight to rapidly it can cause your skin to sag, if you did not tone while you were working out you would definnitly have saggy skin. You can not exactly loose that saggy skin, other than surgeically. That skin there is memory so that when your body starts craving more or if you gain weight the fat will fill back in whether than stretchign your skin more.
