I've been a member of The Long Hair Community Forum for over 6 months, with daily interaction on the site. My computer shows, as of yesterday 12-07, that no such site can be found!? How can I find out what happened?

I'm still in pain. I told the dr. I am still going to workout but I am very aware of my form. Does anyone have any suggestions to speed my recovery?

I recently went off the pill, as I am 52 yrs old, and lost 10 lbs. within a short amount of time. Now I look too thin and I appear to be using my muscle to fuel my body as have have almost no body fat. Can someone give me an idea how gain 10 lbs of "good weight" to sustain me in my workouts and help my body to look toned with attractive muscle definition? That last 10 lb. loss did me in !!

Sometimes it seems to be at least 5 lbs. Is that possible?

I feel unable to complete any cardio activity without feeling winded and uncomfortable. Some people tell me it's because I'm just still shocked by my father's death and my body cannot deal with it. (I also lost my mother 4 yrs ago). My blood pressure is fine and I am in good health - or so I thought. I take 60 mg. of Prozac for chronic fatigue syndrome for 10 years due to the mono virus - otherwise known as Epstein-Barr Syndrome. Dr's are of no help and without my dad, I feel totally lost. Does anyone have any words of advice for me?

he has no appetite, dry mouth, trouble swallowing, inability to concentrate, fear. He is 85 yrs. old and my mother passed away 4 yrs. ago so he is on Cymbalta as an antidepressant and they put him on Zyprexa also (he spoke of feeling my mother's presence during the nite). He had all the symptoms of "bad side effects" when them upped the meds from 2.5 to 5. My father is scared and the drs. are very shallow and empty of feeling. He's scared to death to be hospitilized but we will get him there with extra Clonazopam. Please....help.
