How do I tone and build muscle while maintaining not gaining weight at 130lbs, 49 yrs. and 5'3" ?

    as you build muscle, you lose fat... and muscle weighs more than fat...

    maintaining a weight when building muscle is hard... what you might want to consider is maintaining a clothing size rather than a weight.
