What is the best weight for a medium-boned, 5'3 woman?

    It all depends on your age and muscle structure. Muscle weighs more than fat so what's right for one person may not be right for another.

    120-130 lbs is healthy. That should put you in about a size 4 to 6. I am 5'3" and small boned. I weigh 118 and I wear a size 2, although some of my size 2 pants are too big in the waist.

    What is a size 2??

    Lets get realistic.

    It depends on how old you are, but I would say between 120-140 pounds.

    Between a size 7-9, I personally think is healthy.

    Unless your 10!!
