    None.

    Instead use Carlson's non-mercury lemon flavored cod liver oil. It is amazing.

    i've read it doesn't help much... try NO2 by the company MRI. It's a better delivery form. take 2-3 of them, once or twice a day. adjust according to the effects. take fish oil daily for the antioxidants.
