That's a tricky question since I take it you want fan fictions that involve OCs but are also well-written with no Mary Sues!

    Try these Snape fics:

    - 'Brave New World' by theatresm (http://www.mirrordance.net/aashby/bnw/bnwindex2.ht... as this has to be one of the best fan fictions involving an original character that I've ever read.

    - 'Is A Picture Worth 1000 Lives?' by shadowycat (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/950939/1/) is a great story involving Snape with an artist. There are two sequels to enjoy too.

    - 'Mist and Vapor' by cecelle (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/2135948/1/), a well-written angsty story-in-progress set after the end of the war.

    - 'A Merciless Affection' by Verity Brown (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/2297701/1/), this has Snape acting very much like Snape.

You can also find a good few fics here: http://occlumency.sycophanthex.com/search.php?acti...

I'm sorry I couldn't help you Lucius-wise but Snape is my man and I only focus on him!

I'd hit fictionalley.org, which is a very nice fanfic site. They have a very active forum as well, and the fanfic world being what it is, you can probably find whole threads of these fics. I know that they did at one time (I was really active there a couple of years ago) have threads for each individual character for authors to post their fics in; just check the Snape and Lucius threads and scan for OC's.

(And I always enjoyed writing about the Slytherin men myself...)
