yeah i have netflix and you pay at the end of each month, they just deduct it right off of my debit card, they have different plans as well. I do the 3 movies unlimited a month for $19.00. It's pretty good and they are pretty good with getting movie to you ASAP.

Its once a month, the fee depending on how many dvds you want to come at a time ( 1=$9.99)  Blockbuster is abot $20 a month but it includes a few free rentals in store per month.

I think they just charge you on your credit card as you rent them.
