Bad Pain in lower abdomen?

I'm having bad pain in my lower abdomen. It's where i would have cramps but it isn't cramps. It hurts when I bend to sit or stand and it hurts when I walk. I got really sick when I was younger and they never really figured out what it was. This pain reminds me of that. The only conclusion they came to was that my iron was really low. I never found anything else out. This pain hasn't gotten as bad as it was back then but I'm scared that it will. I got to where I couldn't walk and I would wait for everyone to be away from me if I had to pee and I would crawl to the bathroom. I'm scared I'm going to get sick again and I hate going to the Dr. Plus I'm not taking 12 hours anymore and I don't have insurance. I hate telling people how bad I feel. I get so scared. I don't want to find out somethings wrong with me.

I had pain down there before just recently, my doc thought I had ulcers, gastritis, etc. But I ended up going to the gyno doc, and I have a cyst on my ovary, my pain isn't on the left or right side though, it was always in the middle of my stomach, which is weird! But I would go to the doc, I always feel stupid, but yet you don't want to be in pain, so just please go! It'll be ok!
