What was the first wrestling match you ever saw?

In person. I saw RAW when it came to Tacoma with my buddies. It was back when "The Corportation" was around and we rooted for them and they won all the matches against the "good guys" we totally ruined this one guys day.

On TV, I think it was Hacksaw Jim Duggan. I don't remember who it was against though.

I dont remember the first actual match. I know it was late 1997/ early 1998. The first one i remember was Royal Rumble 1998. The matches that stick out in my mind were HHH vs Owen Hart for the European belt and The Rock vs Ken Shamrock.

In my opinion it didnt get any better than that time 1998-1999.

It started downhill quickly around 2001. Fans that have tuned in lately, havent seen anything. I dont even value the opinion of a fan unless they been watching at least since 2000 or 2001.

BTW, im not sure but i think i remember that match. I think it was the period when they were pushing vader into being a jobber

I am fairly new to wrestling. The first match I saw (that I remember) was Smackdown in October or November 2005. I was lost in the ring when I watched Randy Orton and Chris Benoit grapple.I was completely hooked from that point. I am sure I saw others first, but I remember Booker T getting hurt and asking Randy to wrestle for him. Randy and Chris were well matched and just amazing to watch. Randy won a title for Booker T. Randy and Benoit did four matches, it was a best of seven series and Benoit had won the first three.

My Dad used to enjoy wrestling, and he took us kids from time to time to wrestling shows held at the local Armory. That was back in the 1950's! I don't remember the actual events, but I recall one of the wrestlers came into our business one time. He wrestled under the name Chief White Owl.

It was fun for us kids, but I never retained any interest in wrestling after that time.

My first match was with the undertaker,that's why he is my favourite...But I do not remember actualy,it's a blurry memory.

I think it was in 2000 when the Undertaker fought Stone cold and the Rock in a thriple threath burried alive match.

It was awesome and the Undertaker was able to pull the victory!!!

kane vs rob van dam in august 2003 on raw when kane had just unmasked and chokeslammed bischoff off the stage and got a dq before tombstoning linda mcmahon.......actually the first time i ever watched it was in 1990 something in a match pitting the corporation(several members) against DX

and in2003 the first thing i saw was kane setting jim ross on fire....kane is sikk

it was in november 2003 on velocity it was a rey mysterio match that wasnt my first match but it was my first one after i stopped watching it cuz i used to watch it b4 then with my dad but i stopped but that match made me luv wrestling again
