How many of you have parents that?

if its that bad move out and start a new life and new friends remeber this you get treated the way you allow people to treat you tell them how you feel and then say when they can treat you the way you want to be treated then they can call you otherwise you dont need them in your life

I was in a physically abusive relationship with a man for years and when I finally got the courage to leave this man my Mothers comment to me was "You will never find a man that wants you since you have 2 children with this man" So yes I have had my family sh*t on me too and I can say I now have a husband who does NOT beat me and we have a son together. Not all people out there are going to treat you like your family has in the past. You need to take a chance and really get to know someone and who knows you might just end up having a family of your own someday. Good Luck and keep your chin up:)

No such thing as add or adhd. Are you kidding me? Sounds like you need an attitude adjustment to me. Get a life and quit whining and be glad they didn't sell you into sex slavery. You are old enough to get away and make you own life and since you know so much.... it should be very easy for you to do just that.

I have a family member just like you who whines about how her siblings overachievedment. Like they should not achieve so she will look better. Poor thing. She didn't want to work like they did and she has adhd. Maybe you don't have add maybe you are mentaliy ill and should seek help.

I unfortunetly have parents who are sort of like this, I'm 18 and they never leave me alone to be honest, its really getting to me quite badly, badly enough that I would and am thinking some dark things at the moment, and considering I have just been dumped today it just makes it worse for me, but she said we will remain friends and that she is sorry so thats a positive in all of this ****

My parents are not like that, but my in-laws are. It's like they don't want there own children to succeed in life. My husband is the only normal one out of his 3 other brothers. They all have issues because of them.

I'M SORRY THAT YOU ARE BEING TREATED LIKE THAT. BUT SINCE YOUR 24 YEARS OLD. MOVE OUT AND BE ON YOUR OWN. MAYBE IF YOU HAVE A FRIEND THAT YOU CAN SHARE A PLACE. BUT YOU NEED TO FEEL GOOD ABOUT YOURSELF. THEY ARE UNHAPPY AND TAKING IT OUT ON YOU. SO MY ADVICE IS MOVE ON .

I think there are alot of parents who use their kids in some way or another....but you have to remember now that you are an adult and now you have control over your life....

i am 24 also. my mother died when i was 3 and my father is complete scum, who never wanted to take care of me. instead, he gave me away to his parents to raise. i was being raised by old people that hated my guts! they would always call me a whore, ****, liar, drug addict, etc............ my grandmother died when i was in 11th grade. when she died, they gave me away to some family that hated me also, EVERYTHING was my fault. i have a really hard time trusting any one now :(

As i lost both my parents in my teenage years i can not help you.

So All your Problems ARE from your parents and YOU have nothing to do with them??
