To help protect your Windows Live Mail account, you should periodically change your password.
In the upper-right corner of the page, click Options, and then click More options.
Under Manage your account, click View and edit your personal information.
Next to Password, click Change.
Type your old password, type your new password two times, and then click Save.
Notes
Never give your password to anyone. No one from Windows Live Mail will ever ask you for your password.
Periodically changing your secret question will also help protect your account.

Go to OPTIONS | MORE OPTIONS | Manage Your Account. You can change it there.
