Hi, anyone know any different types of toppings for a jacket potato other than cheese, tuna , chilli, bolognese, or beans. Healthy options would be good, but any appreciated, Thanks

If you put half an onion into a food processor , blend that with a tub of Quark which is a very cheap very low fat cream cheese a little low fat fromage frais and some fresh herbs, blend till you get the consistency that you like to put onto the baked potatoe, or if you dont like onions just use teh quark , fromage frais and the mixed herbs, both of these toppings are really good, if you leave the fromage frais out it makes a firmer topping that you could put on crackers and ryvities which are really good, hope this has helped you

I like coleslaw, but cheese and onion is another fave, esp when you dig out the spud, mix it with the cheese and onion and then re stuff the skin with mixture and roast it again in the oven
