What's the best way for me to convert VHS tapes into DVD's?
I have home videos I want to bring into the 21st century.

I've been doing it using a panasonic vhs/dvd burner combo. On some tapes, you have to buy another device called a video stabilizer to run the video through or it will come up saying it is copy protected. (just search for video stabilizer in a search engine)Those don't cost to much, i got mine for about $25. Anyways it works pretty well

Buy a DVD recorder for your TV. They run about $60 now and it can replace your VCR. You can hook your VCR to it and record your old VHS stuff to DVD+-R or DVD+-RW. And you can record stuff from TV to DVD!!!
