how much would you pay for, or is it really worth anything right now, playboys 50th anniversary issue worth,( in mint condition)

i know its only 3 years old

    At this time? Face (no pun intended) value. Keep it in mint condition, un-opened, out of dampness and light. Put it away and temporarily forget about it. When it becomes valuable, you'll hear about it.
