Yeah. Plantar warts really suck. I'm a dancer and had chronic warts on my feet for two years from dancing barefoot all the time.

I'll tell you how I got rid of them without burning. Ask your doctor about it because it's truly amazing and works like magic.

A study was done in Iraq a few years ago on only a few patients - perhaps 10 or 20 - with plantar warts. The patients were prescribed oral zinc pills for a few months, and something ridiculous like 90% of all the patients who remained in the study were totally cleared of their warts.

Here's an abstract of the study from the British Journal of Dermatology: http://www.blackwell-synergy.com/links/doi/10.1046...

I took oral zinc by prescription from a dermatologist at the University of Wisconsin-Madison clinic, who had tried it successfully on a couple other patients and was considering conducting a study on it. I can't quite remember what dose I took, but I took a pill two or three times a day with food (zinc can upset your stomach) and the warts went away completely with no other treatment. I literally watched them dry up and disappear and never had trouble with them again.

It's thought that because warts are a sort of viral infection that the body doesn't quite realize it has, zinc simply boosts the immune system enough to make it capable of taking care of it on its own.

The problem with taking large doses of oral zinc for extended periods of time (like 6 months or longer) is that it increases certain prostate cancers in men and obviously just isn't good for the body all around, but the treatment only requires you to take pills for perhaps two months or until you're clear.

Anyway, good luck. Having warts burned is horrible (I'm such a wuss when it comes to pain) and you might find this an excellent alternative. E-mail me if you'd like to chat.

Source(s): I found the old bottle. It's Orazinc brand zinc supplement - zinc sulfate USP 220 mg, made by Mericon Industries in Peoria, Illinois.

Moles, warts, and skin labels are common epidermis lesions that grow naturally. Although they are typically low cancerous, they can be embarrassing if located on a visible part such as the face. Skin lesions like moles and warts cause self esteem issues to the sufferers. An individual with moles normally becomes a loner since they don't really want to be observed in public. They feel embarrassed to be out in public areas, so depression may obviously follow but you can now change all this with this manual from here https://tr.im/iqlOM , Moles, Warts and Skin Tags Removal eBook.

The writer of the eBook, Charles Davidson, is a practitioner in substitute medicine.  He's also a professional in skincare, applying organic remedies to remedy different types of skin conditions.

Moles, Warts and Skin Tags Removal program is a 100% natural program, proven to eliminate epidermis deformities such as for example epidermis tickets, moles, and warts, irrespective of how large or little they are.  It is even safe to make use of on children.

Yes, very normal. Ugghh, they are such a pain, I had two on my right foot for 8 MONTHS!! I tried that freeze away stuff, the bandaids with salicylic acid, and just plain trying to cut it out. I got sooo frustrated, and they were really really painful. Then finally one day they just fell off, and i didn't notice for awhile, but I was sooo psyched when they did. If I ever think they are coming back, I am going to the doc ASAP, cuz it's not worth it to deal with them. maybe you should go there too. Hopefully you will have better luck than me. GOOD LUCK!!!!

Banana peel. I've told two people this remedy and both said it got rid of their wart permanently. Cut a piece of banana peel (enough to cover your wart and surrounding skin) then put the white fleshy part over it. Put a band-aid over it to hold it. Change it daily and you will notice it turning black and falling off. After it has fallen off, do it for another couple days to make sure it is totally gone. Should be gone in 2 weeks. ;)
