They will send you a magazine then a bill which you can pay!

Hmm...I don't know which country or jurisdiction you are from. But since you never subscribed to the magazine, there does not appear to be any contract and, on the face of it, you should not pay anything. Did you ever receive any other communication from the vendor as to why he was sending you the magazines, i.e. before this bill raising a demand? Any subscription number or anything? There's something in the fact that you kept receiving it and never communicated with the sender. On the other hand, you couldn't have known if the magazine was being sent as a freebie in some sort of a promotional campaign! Just reply to the email saying you never subscribed to the magazine and you're not liable for anything. No need to mention if you actually received the mag. If they go legal, its best you seek professional legal advice whether to admit having received the unsolicited magazine at all.

Usually within the magazine there are subscrption forms. You fill them up and they bill you later. Then you just send the money throgh mail. You can also do it online I think. But you need to use a credit card

You either fill out and send in one of the little cards in the magazine which you can find on a grocery store shelf by the checkout lines or go online at "Seventeen.com" and they have a place there to sign up

They usually have cards in them. Fill it out and they will mail you the magazines and a bill. Write them a check when the bill arrives.

You probably have to fill out one of those postcards that fall out of the magazine and just send it in, they may bill you later.
