are you concerned about the doomsday clock being moved up?

scientist recently moved the doomsday clock closer to midnight based on concerns of proliferation of nuclear weapons and climate changes. is this something that "really" concerns you? i mean i know some people will ***** about it and want to blame certain segments, but are really going to lose sleep over this?

nope, it is over when God says so.

    No sooner, no later.

    I trust His judgement implicitly.

I can't live my life in fear, but it is a concern. I subscribe to the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists, the magazine which runs the Doomsday Clock. I figured that the Clock must be being changed since I got a postcard telling me an "important announcement" would be made today and that my next issue would arrive slightly late because of it.

The point of the clock is not to instill fear, only a warning. The hands are symbolic in that there is a greater chance of civilization being destroyed.

The Doomsday Clock became created after the atomic bombs were dropped, i position self belief in 1947, in basic terms to scare the international. amazing because it type of feels it became sped up in the course of the Cuban Missle disaster and slowed down after the autumn of the jap bloc international places, so this isn't something new. Bush has no longer something to do with pushing the fingers up. Peace loving liberals do.

Doomsday is relative. If things get too hot to handle in America, I'll just move to Canada. Everyone loves Canadians. They're cute.

Doomsday will be the day of the lord i keep hearing.... what a nice guy to kill everything on this planet!

There's no use worrying about something you can't change, the end of the world will come (not because of God) but there's nothing we can do. So just keep on living

I never heard of a dooms day clock. I don't know how anyone could change the time on it if there was one. If I could change the time on a dooms day clock I would move it forward why wouldn't any one do that? OO

I'm ready for doomsday but I wouldn't rely on scientists to predict it. Scientists-those guys going on and on about global warming last week when it was 70. Where are they now when its 19.

That clock is bulls hit. It's been closer to midnight during the cold war era than it is now.

I'm not. That doesn't mean that I do not think that it might happen in my life time. It just means I refuse to live my life in fear. I am going to smell the roses no matter what.

Absolutely not. Death is as much a part of life as living is.
