What's the name of the street in SF where many homeless reside?
My sis said it was something like Hayden Rowe but I need the exact name.

There is no particular street I can think of, but there is what's called "The Tenderloin" where a lot of homeless hang out. Also, "South of Market," or SOMA, is another area known for a lot of homeless. The Tenderloin is really the closest thing I can think....it is where UC Hastings and the government buildings are. It's the area between Post(north) and Mission(south) and Taylor and 6th(east) and Van Ness and 9th(west). Honestly, I found most of them to be along Mission Street.

They're everywhere. It's not like they all gather in one place.
The homeless situation in San Francisco is disgraceful. For an extremely wealthy city (that spends more money than the entire *state* of Oregon... general expenditures of 5.7 billion versus 4.2 billion last year), San Francisco has done a truly dismal job of dealing with its homeless population.

Unfortunately, there is a lot of poverty and homelessness in San Fran. I remember Taylor St. was one. Any street that has a shelter inside a church will usually have a line formed.

Homeless people don't reside anywhere thats why they are homeless..!!
but if you mean a street they hang out on its all over the city mostly downtown.
