Its lunch time. I want to eat something. Something without to many calories. Any suggestions?

    Protein, protein, protein. Try a salad with some grilled chicken or just fruit. Fruit really fills you up and you don't have to feel guilty after words. And lots of water. Fight the urges to eat anything greasy!!!!

    if you want fast food, go to subway and get a veggie delight sub without mayo and little cheese

    actually, a fast food meal from any burger joint wouldn't bee too many calories assuming that you get a small size with everything- like a hamburger and a small fry, and some diet coke or whetever

    you could still have the food without all the calories

    Hummus with pita bread, tomato soup, garden salad with low calorie dressing, fruit salad, green tea.

    how about some tuna, with bunches of chopped veggies, cukes, tomato, etc, with some olive oil and lime juice stirred together, wrapped up in a lettuce leaf and eaten like a wrap........mmmmmmm now I am hungy too!

    chunk light tuna (90 cal) with one tablespoon of light mayo (50 cal) on a serving of saltine crackers (60 cal) = 200 cal

    baby carrots in a bag are cheap and delicious, celery sticks apples, bananas, all non messy, all delicious.
