If I take 1,060' & form a 360dgre loop, What is the dia.?

    You have a circle with a circumference of 1060 ft. The diameter is equal to the circumference divided by pi (approximately 3.1416), so the diameter is about 337.4 feet.

    If the loop is a perfect circle as the word diameter suggests, then the above answers are correct. However "loop" doesn't necessarily mean circle.. you could form an ellipse or oval or something else.

    Circumference = pi * dia

    1060 = pi * dia

    dia = 1060/pi

    dia = 337.408' (approx)
