Camilla has actually said she isn't going to take the title of queen, although she is certainly entitled to it. So I'll answer this as if she will actually be Queen Camilla when Charles is King. Camilla is a Queen Consort. She is queen because her husband is king. It is a courtesy title. Elizabeth II, on the other hand, is a Queen Regnant. She inherited the title, just as Charles will inherit from her. Elizabeth II is the monarch. Charles will be the monarch. William will be monarch after Charles. When Charles dies, Camilla will officially be a Dowager Queen and could still be called Queen Camilla. (Elizabeth's mom was the same way) But Kate will be the new Queen Consort as soon as William is King, regardless whether or not Camilla is alive. There was a time that there were three living queens in the 20th century: Queen Regnant Elizabeth II, her mother Queen Elizabeth (the Queen Mum), and her grandmother Queen Mary.

she isn't popular cos i think she was havin an affair or summit with Prince Charles when he and Diana where still 'together' its complicated and i think Prince Charles is hated more because his great uncle married a woman who had been divorced and so couldn't be king but he got divorced and then married a woman who was divorced (i think she was divorced) and so its not fair. plus they dont pay tax! she shouldn't get a title!
