Facism.. A state wherein the government contols the resources,(raw maaterials like oil, steel etc.) production schedule,(what gets made) and leaves means of production (factories) to a heavily regulated private sector.. (Websters dictionary, 1948 written by the men who fought the facists)
Communism... A state wherein the govenment controls the resourses ,(oil, steel, etc) production schedule, (whats to be made) and means of production (factories)

I'm afraid your definition is wrong.
There isn't any reasonable definition of Fascism. The term fascist refers to Mussolini's party in Italy during WWII. Their isn't any form of government that is fascist by definition.
Many scholars have tried to define fascism, and their are dozens upon dozens of definitions. All these definitions are self-serving for the person who is defining it. The definition used today is one that was put forth in the early 1990s by a communist supporter which was meant to purposely mark all capitalism as a fascist state. That definition is total propaganda aimed at the USA.

Not necessarily. Pure socialism is the idea that the people own and control everything, and each person gets his share. In actual application though, we find that someone has to be at the top and they generally get a much larger share than the people at the bottom. The examples of either that have been seen in practice in the world have all be tyrannical, yet the systems themselves don't imply that.

Fascism is a system of government with centralized authority and a dictator ruler. Includes racism and severe nationalism. Fascism is to the extreme right on a political spectrum. It is made up of aristocrats and industrialists and a lower middle class. Fascism unlike communism encourages private property and belongings. This form of government has the deciding power not for the individuals, but for the state.
Communism is a form of socialism and it abolishes private ownership. Communism also has no class system and no way to achieve high in a communist life. Deciding power belongs to the people since each person is a member of the state.

Socialism, communism, facism ... they are all ideologies. Who cares? It's not the label, its the performance thats important.
When America gets over its fascination with the Ken and Barbie stereotype, maybe Americans will start to see and understand truth. I don't see that happening anytime soon.

You forgot to mention a key ingredient in Fascism:
A disdain for the arts and intellectualism: Anti-Liberalism
The Nazis were far from being socialists; they hated Russian social communists. They used socialism in their party title as a form of propaganda to bring the "common" German citizen into their web......Learn some history.
