Has anyone had plastic surgery on their face to remove a cyst or mole?

My cousin had some facial cysts removed and they turned out to be a lot bigger than expected. She had to have a fat transplant from her leg to her face to fill the hole. Considering all the pulling around she had the result was great. I know where the scar is and I can hardly see it. If you didn't know it was there you wouldn't see it! As for details not sure what your looking for , but i had a benign lump removed from under my right cheek close to my chin several yrs ago and for a few months there was some light scarring but shortly thereafter you could not tell and to this day it is not visible, had it done by a plastic surgeon who i would go back to if need be.. good luck but don't worry too much i think you'd be fine and happy about the results

Your research is right. There is no method to remove the mole that wont leave scarring. You can always try a plastic surgeon, they do that stuff all the time.
